That’s where the obsession began. Not just with cooking, but with understanding food and drink at a deeper level — the flavor profiles, the science behind techniques, the gadgets that make it all possible. Years later that curiosity hasn’t faded one bit. If anything, it’s grown. Palate Express is the natural next chapter of that journey — a place to share everything I’ve learned and keep discovering more.“
